The Warehouse Associate role is crucial to the daily operations of the Famous Supply Distribution Center. In this role you will be part of every function of the warehouse including but not limited to receiving, pick/pack/ship, inventory counts, equipment operation, and much more, all with a safety-first mindset. Your work directly impacts the service we provide to our customers, sales teams, branches, drivers, and more!
Hourly wage: Starting at $20 per hour.+ Shift Differential. Starting hourly rate based on years of relatable experience.
Shift: 8PM Start Time
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Comply to all safety protocols
  • Operate various types powered equipment to move material
    • Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks, Clamp Trucks, Turret Trucks, Order Pickers, Etc..
  • Unloading trucks
  • Receiving material
  • Put-away of material
  • Picking, Packing, Staging
  • Loading trucks
  • Proper handling of inventory for accuracy and damage prevention
  • Inventory counts
  • General warehouse cleaning
Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
