About the SkillBridge Program
The Department of Defense SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with the opportunity to gain real-world civilian work experience during their final 180 days of active duty.

Participants are immersed in meaningful work across our field operations, corporate teams, and preconstruction environments, gaining hands-on experience aligned with their skills, interests, and career goals.
Program Overview
  • Type: Full-Time | In-Person
  • Duration: Up to 180 days (based on command approval)
