Can you bring clarity to complexity, rally stakeholders, and turn best practices into measurable outcomes. Accountabilities: - Stakeholder Leadership: Build trusted partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Compliance, and external vendors to align on educational goals and enable consistent, compliant program execution.

- Best-Practice Design: Define and evolve standard operating procedures and end-to-end ways of working across the speaker program lifecycle; establish clear KPIs that drive speed, quality, and compliance. - CRM and Field Event Ownership: Serve as the business owner for field event management functionality within CRM, translating user needs into robust capabilities and driving adoption across the field. - Budget Stewardship: Lead therapeutic area budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure investment translates into high-value, targeted educational impact.

- Program Innovation: Partner with internal teams and strategic vendors to shape the holistic approach to program planning, execution, and measurement-piloting new formats and scaling what works. - Speaker Bureau Management: Oversee processes for building and maintaining brand speaker bureaus, ensuring the right experts, governance, and capabilities are in place to meet educational objectives. - Change Leadership: Champion the adoption of the Speaker Program Solutions Center of Excellence, coaching teams on new processes and tools and embedding continuous improvement into daily execution.

- Outcome Focus: Connect program metrics to business and patient outcomes, translating insights into action plans that improve reach, relevance, and compliance over time. Essential Skills/Experience: - Bachelor's degree required - Sales or marketing experience preferred - 5+ years of professional business experience - Experience with vendor and budget management - Demonstrated organizational skills planning, developing, implementing, and measuring business plans - Experience working in collaborative cross-functional team settings - Strategic thinker with analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to influence without authority Desirable Skills/Experience: - Experience designing and delivering HCP speaker programs within a regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environment - Strong understanding of US healthcare compliance standards and industry guidance relevant to promotional education - Hands-on experience with CRM and field event management platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and related data/reporting - Proven ability to define KPIs and build performance dashboards that inform decision-making and continuous improvement - Background in commercial operations, field enablement, or medical-commercial collaboration - Track record in process reengineering, change management, and Center of Excellence adoption - Familiarity with speaker bureau governance, contracting, and vendor oversight - Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple brands and competing priorities When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions

That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility.

Join us in our unique and ambitious world. Why AstraZeneca: Here, scientific rigor meets commercial excellence to improve the patient journey end to end. You will join an energised, collaborative community that brings diverse perspectives into one room to spark bold ideas, start small, and scale fast.

We move with urgency, remove barriers to experimentation, and value kindness alongside ambition-because better ways of working lead to better outcomes for patients. Your work will help turn innovative medicines into meaningful change in clinical practice, with the scope to grow your influence and learn from leaders who are redefining what outstanding commercial execution looks like.
