Job description

Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Program Analyst to provide program management and contract administration support for Government Information Technology programs at Coronado, CA. The Program Analyst will assist with monitoring contractual performance, tracking program requirements, preparing reports, and supporting the successful execution of Government initiatives while ensuring compliance with established contractual requirements.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Support planning, analysis, and monitoring of Government contracts.
  • Track contractual requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist with program performance reporting and documentation.
  • Prepare analytical reports supporting Government decision-making.
  • Monitor contractor performance and compliance.
  • Coordinate program documentation and administrative activities.
  • Assist with quality assurance and performance measurement initiatives.
  • Support development of program assessments and initiative documentation.
  • Maintain project records and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with Government personnel and contractor teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support successful execution of program objectives.

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Security Clearance
    • Active Top-Secret Clearance required
  • Education and Certification:
    • No degree required
    • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government contracts
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
