As the Supervisor, Programmatic you will be the day to day account lead on assigned Programmatic Media Buying accounts. You will work closely with your assigned team of Analysts as well as SEM, Media, Ad Ops, Social, Analytics, and other account teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and client goals are met and exceeded.
What You’ll Do
Lead development and execution of Programmatic strategies
Ensure campaigns achieve delivery and performance goals
Develop innovative Display, Video, CTV, and Audio recommendations
Guide client strategy discussions and reporting
Manage junior team workflow and quality of deliverables
Identify optimization opportunities using DSP platforms
Collaborate with partner agencies on integrated strategy
Contribute to ongoing process, technology, and capability improvements
What You’ll Bring
• 4+ years Programmatic experience in DSP or SSP platforms
• Strong understanding of digital media and performance optimization
• Experience with Trade Desk, DV360, PulsePoint, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Leadership skills with experience coaching or mentoring team members

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
