Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager who will manage the programmatic execution of contract deliverables, subcontracts, task orders, and reporting. Serves as deputy management support and, where assigned, as the on-site lead for a specific facility (e.g., WFF), ensuring cost, schedule, and compliance objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
Manage deliverable schedules, task-order execution (including firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials work), and reporting cadence. - Administer the teaming/subcontract agreement; coordinate subcontractor scopes, invoices, and performance. - Prepare and quality-check monthly progress reports, financial tracking, and metrics; support COR communications. - Coordinate vendor and supplier setup (disposal, laboratory, sampling, transportation) and track procurement of long-lead items (e.g., vehicles/equipment). - Support onboarding, badging, and systems-access workflows for incoming staff. - Serve as deputy/alternate to the Site Manager and as primary point of contact for the assigned facility when designated.
Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience: 6+ years of relevant project or program management experience, preferably on environmental services or federal contracts. - Strong working knowledge of contract deliverables management and subcontract administration.
  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain a NASA PIV badge.
