Director, Programmatic Media Sales

This role may be located in Chicago, IL, USA; New York, NY, USA; or Los Angeles, CA, USA. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 15 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or sales strategy with 6 years of people management experience. Experience in digital marketing channels, consumer mobile products, online products, and online advertising technologies is required. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree in Management or Marketing, experience working with and presenting to C-suite stakeholders, commercial experience with sales management in media sales environments, specifically within ad-tech platforms, agencies, or brands, deep knowledge of and passion for Google's performance marketing products and offerings across search, display, and video, combined with a strong understanding of programmatic media, deep knowledge of the programmatic landscape, DSPs, and ad-tech history, with demonstrated agility to adapt to agentic AI and rapidly shifting market conditions, and demonstrated ability to drive complex data integrations to unlock incremental budgets.
