Job description

Paid Media Analyst (Omni-Channel Strategy)
We are seeking a data-driven Paid Media Analyst to lead the development, execution, and optimization of high-impact digital marketing campaigns. This is a comprehensive role where you will manage a diverse media mix-including SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, and emerging channels like CTV and DOOH-to drive measurable business growth.
As the channel lead, you will work hand-in-hand with design and analytics teams to bridge the gap between creative execution and technical performance.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead all facets of paid media efforts across SEM/PPC (Google/Microsoft Ads), Paid Social (Meta), OLV, Programmatic Display, Native, CTV, and DOOH.
โ€ข Optimization & Insights: Regularly monitor in-platform metrics to provide actionable optimization recommendations and spend adjustments to exceed KPIs.
โ€ข Creative Collaboration: Partner with design teams to develop high-performing assets and implement compelling ad copy.
โ€ข Testing & Innovation: Define critical KPIs and lead A/B testing initiatives. Proactively present new digital media testing opportunities to leadership.
โ€ข Advanced Reporting: Work closely with digital strategy and analytics teams to review performance, create dashboards, and report findings to executive stakeholders.
โ€ข Tracking & Attribution: Develop and manage UTM structures and tracking parameters to ensure clean data and accurate campaign attribution.
Required Qualifications
โ€ข Education: Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
โ€ข Technical Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media, with deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
โ€ข Strategic Planning: Experience developing full-funnel marketing plans, including budget allocation, media mix modeling, and channel testing.
โ€ข Data Fluency: Strong ability to analyze, report, and present complex digital analytics to both technical teams and non-technical leadership.
โ€ข Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with both internal teams and external agency partners.
โ€ข Drive: Self-motivated professional capable of achieving goals with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
