Job description

About the Role
We're looking for a Programmatic Customer Success professional to join our Curation team and help grow a book of partners across the digital advertising ecosystem, including agencies, curation providers, supply-side partners, retail and commerce media networks, and data providers.
This isn't a support-oriented role. You'll own day-to-day relationships and troubleshooting, but you'll also learn to think like a growth partner: understanding what makes each partner tick, spotting opportunities to expand the relationship, and helping partners get more value out of Equativ's Maestro platform over time.
You don't need to be an expert in every part of programmatic advertising. We're looking for someone who has some exposure to digital advertising or AdTech, is curious and eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in programmatic advertising and curation, with room to grow into broader account ownership as our team and our partners' businesses scale.
What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of partners, serving as a reliable point of contact for questions, requests, and troubleshooting.
  • Help onboard new partners onto Maestro and ensure a smooth start to the relationship.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to resolve issues and unblock partners quickly.
  • Monitor partner and deal-level activity, and help flag both growth opportunities and at-risk accounts early.
  • Build real depth on Maestro and Equativ's curation and activation capabilities so you can confidently support, educate, and advise partners.
  • Help maintain a living knowledge base on your partners (motivations, usage patterns, growth plans) to inform how we support and grow each relationship.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, including new formats, deal types, and adjacent products.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Operations to keep partner needs visible and moving.
  • Track open items and follow through until resolved. Bring discipline to how you manage your portfolio.
  • Stay curious about what's happening across programmatic, curation, and AI, and keep building your expertise.
  • Bring partner feedback back to the team to help us improve the partner experience.

What We're Looking For
  • Around 1 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in digital advertising, media, AdTech, customer success, account management, campaign management, or a related area.
  • Some familiarity with programmatic advertising or the digital media ecosystem is helpful, but deep technical expertise is not required.
  • A growth mindset: genuine interest in not just supporting partners, but helping them succeed and expand their business with us.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with partners of different types and seniority levels.
  • Comfortable working with data: reading reports, spotting trends, and knowing when something needs attention.
  • Curious and eager to learn, particularly about programmatic advertising and technology.
  • Comfortable asking questions and figuring things out when you don't immediately know the answer.
  • Organized and disciplined, able to manage a portfolio of partners and competing priorities without letting things slip.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well across internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve.

$70,000 - $80,000 a year
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and the level at which the candidate is hired. This role is also eligible for variable compensation based on individual and company performance.
About us
Equativ, a leading independent ad platform, brings scale and simplicity to digital advertising.
Following its recent merger with Sharethrough and the acquisition of Kamino Retail, advertisers, media owners, and technology partners rely on Equativ's advanced SSP, curation, and retail media services and technology to achieve maximum business outcomes.
With a focus on privacy-first programmatic video, CTV, and data-driven solutions, Equativ enables clients to activate across the digital ecosystem while protecting consumer privacy.
The company's global expertise is also backed by a team of over 750 employees across 19 countries.
As a proud recipient of the HappyIndex@Work label, Equativ is committed to providing a dynamic, flexible workplace where employees thrive, grow, and excel in both their professional and personal lives.
Come and lead the charge with us in building a transparent ecosystem based on quality!
Equativ is an equal opportunity employer. Equal access to employment, services, and programs are available to everyone, regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. If you require reasonable accommodation throughout the application and/or interview process, please contact the recruitment team at [email protected]

These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
