Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic for our client in Carlstadt, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Looking for someone to do maintenance around the facility plus on the machines; maintenance mechanic
  • Part of the job includes doing basic mechanical maintenance. *Grease machine, preventative maintenance, repairs
  • Looking for a quality operator that can also do basic preventative maintenance on a machine. Need mechanical aptitude.
  • Machine maintenance, repairs on all production equipment and machinery as needed.
  • Identify all safety and performance issues and perform detailed inspections to ensure machines are in good condition.
  • Recommend and implement modifications of existing and new machinery.

Experience Required

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
  • PLC Experience; (Programmable Logic Controllers)
