What is a program support supervisor?

Program Support Supervisors are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative and operational support activities within a specific program or department. They supervise staff, manage workflow, ensure compliance with policies, and help implement program initiatives efficiently. Their role often involves training team members, monitoring performance, and serving as a liaison between staff and higher management. Program Support Supervisors play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and supporting the overall goals of the organization.
