This AI-first role focuses on using modern AI tools as a force multiplier to accelerate data migrations, system investigations, and process automation across financial operations, warehouse management, supply chain, customer engagement, and system integrations. The ideal candidate has been building with AI tools daily for the past two to three years, can quickly learn new enterprise platforms, and understands how business processes flow through systems of record such as ERP and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
  • Design and build AI-powered agents and workflows that automate business processes across Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, and other departments.
  • Develop production-ready AI solutions using platforms such as Claude (API, SDK), Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and other AI tools as business needs evolve.
  • Build integrations between AI systems and enterprise applications, connecting intelligent automation to the data and processes in ERP, CRM, and other systems of record.
  • Design AI workflows with human-in-the-loop architectures for sensitive financial and operational data, ensuring AI provides recommendations while humans make final decisions.
  • Create data pipelines that feed AI systems with clean, structured enterprise data, addressing data quality issues as a prerequisite for effective automation.
  • Design end-to-end business solutions spanning multiple enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, warehouse management, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Develop technical architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and integration patterns to meet complex business requirements across diverse technology platforms.
  • Create comprehensive solution designs that leverage existing enterprise systems to maximize business value and operational efficiency while planning for future technology evolution.
  • Support and optimize enterprise financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, and Cost Accounting.
  • Design and optimize warehouse management, inventory, shipping, and supply chain processes within the ERP system.
  • Architect integrations and reporting solutions that provide visibility into financial and operational performance across business units.
  • Design cross-platform integration architectures spanning ERP, CRM, e-commerce, warehouse management, and business intelligence systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Architect and optimize system integrations between enterprise systems and external platforms including e-commerce, shipping/TMS, financial institutions, and third-party applications.
  • Implement enterprise integration patterns, API design best practices, and middleware or iPaaS solutions to ensure scalable and maintainable integration architectures.
  • Ensure master data consistency across the enterprise ecosystem, including customer data, product information, financial dimensions, and vendor records.
  • Develop and enforce data governance practices spanning financial, operational, inventory, and customer data to support accurate processing across all integrated systems.
  • Design data quality frameworks and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement changes without disrupting business operations.
  • Evaluate AI tools on a continuous basis and recommend platform decisions and standards to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain AI governance policies including data classification, approved tools, usage standard operating procedures, and verification standards for responsible AI use.
  • Train and enable end users across departments to effectively use AI tools in their daily workflows.
  • Provide functional support for enterprise system users across finance, warehousing, inventory management, sales, customer service, and supply chain.
  • Investigate and resolve complex multi-system issues, diagnosing root causes and architecting sustainable solutions.
  • Oversee environment administration, system updates, patches, releases, deployments, and data migrations while maintaining system integrity and minimizing business disruption.
  • Collaborate with finance, warehouse operations, supply chain, customer service, and IT teams to understand business processes and requirements.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, solution architecture documents, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Develop documentation and deliver training for end users on new functionalities, AI tools, and integrated process improvements.
Essential Skills
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on, daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to build production solutions, including coding, automation, agent development, or enterprise workflow design.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with enterprise business applications in any capacity (functional, techno-functional, development, or solution architecture) across ERP, CRM, or integrated business systems.
  • Experience building AI-powered automations that integrate with systems of record such as ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs, beyond standalone chatbots or demos.
  • Proficient in generative AI and large language model ecosystems, including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, and Google Gemini, with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, AI agent development, model selection and evaluation, and embedding AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.
  • Programming proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to build integrations, scripts, data pipelines, and API connections.

  • Understanding of AI governance principles, including data classification, human-in-the-loop design, verification standards, and responsible AI use.
  • Proven ability to learn new enterprise platforms quickly using AI tools and technical documentation.

  • Enterprise system, AI, or cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or comparable CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • Background in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or service environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services such as Synapse and Data Lake is helpful.

  • Ability to create clear technical documentation, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps for cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with finance, operations, supply chain, customer service, and IT stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in environments that emphasize continuous improvement, innovation, and pragmatic adoption of emerging AI tools.
