**SIGN-ON BONUS** $6000

Pay: up to $70,000 per year


SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Full-Time Program Supervisor to assist clinical staff conducting assessments and intakes for incoming clients.

This position will provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to Assessment Clinicians.


We are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area - SAGE has offices throughout all of Maricopa Co. - your office will be determined by your location.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
  • Required: Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
  • Highly preferred: At least two (2) years’ experience providing behavioral health/mental health services
  • Preferred: Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices
