Through our industry‑leading businesses – Rhinestahl and HYDRO Systems – we deliver capability across custom‑designed Ground Support Equipment, OEM‑licensed engine and airframe tooling, 26 global service centers and innovative engineered solutions for OEMs, MROs and operators worldwide. Our client's global headquarters are in Mason, Ohio, USA, with regional headquarters in Biberach, Germany and Singapore.

Responsibilities

The role will be customer‑facing from the corporate headquarters in Mason, OH. It involves collaborating with the sales team, customer‑facing teams, supply chain, and logistics functions to gain an understanding of program operations, building relationships with clients, upselling them, and managing the account. This is a customer service role specific to tooling.

Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the GE Aerospace engine tooling program. This role contributes to driving market share growth and program profitability through data analysis, competitive insights, and cross‑functional coordination.

The position requires close collaboration with sales, customer‑facing teams, supply chain, and logistics functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of program operations. The associate program manager leans on these insights to identify opportunities, improve execution, and support overall program performance.

The role also involves building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including key engine OEMs, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.

Program Strategy and Growth
  • Develop a growth strategy for the program while ensuring alignment with business growth and profitability targets.
  • Develop program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation necessary to achieve the growth strategy.
  • Leverage sales, supply chain, logistics and customer support functional teams while holding yourself and others accountable to delivering on your strategy and commitment to reaching the goal of the program and business.
Project Execution and Monitoring
  • Monitor and report on program financials, including market share, cost performance, revenue generation, and profitability.
  • Forecast demand and recommend adjustments to strategy or execution plans as needed.
  • Manage the beginning‑to‑end program lifecycle, from concept development to product launch.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular program status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and resolve project‑related challenges.
  • Gather and interpret customer and market feedback to inform tooling portfolio development and enhancements.
Program Leadership
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with engine OEMs to influence product direction, gain market intelligence, and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Align program strategy with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in programming management, product strategy, or business development, preferably within the aerospace sectors.
  • Strong analytical, statistical and financial acumen; experience with market analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization, and scenario analysis (VBA coding preferred). Capable of performing data mining, forecasting, and analytical modeling to extract insights from complex data sets and develop strategies supported by quantitative analysis.
  • Experience working with aerospace OEMs and understanding their product development cycles and requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both internal teams and external customers, partners, and OEMs.
  • Proficient in reviewing, understanding, and drafting agreements and contracts, including terms related to pricing, intellectual property, supply, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer experience principles, program management and best practices.
  • Proficiency in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and developing targeted engagement strategies.
  • Project management skills to lead the implementation of new programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
