The Project Manager works directly with First Nation leadership, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive outcomes, resolve issues, and ensure successful program delivery across multiple initiatives.This position operates as a cross-functional role supporting AIMA's internal operations, affiliated business entities (including Shelly's Indigenous Bistro), and First Nation partner communities. Assignments may vary based on organizational priorities, project needs, and capacity requirements.
The Project Manager is expected to adapt to different environments and contribute across multiple service areas as required.Project Managers may be assigned to specific service areas or Nation portfolios depending on organizational needs.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Implementation Develop project workplans, timelines, and deliverables Lead implementation of consulting initiatives across multiple service areas Ensure project deliverables are completed, implemented, and functioning Monitor project progress and adjust timelines when required Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or gaps in delivery2.
