Project Manager The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) shall provide professional Construction Management as Advisor and coordinate Commissioning Agent services using specialized project management techniques to oversee the construction, and commissioning of the project. The Sr.

PM shall assist GSA with the control of the project's time, cost, and quality. The work performed will occur during the Construction, Closeout, and Commissioning (including post-occupancy off-season) phases of this project. The Sr.

PM duties will include, but not be limited to: Manage field activities to ensure all work is completed to plan and is executed within the established schedule and budget. Manage and provide document management and project activities including monitoring RFI and Submittal for potential risks, and cost/schedule impacts. Provide Quality Assurance of work in conformance with the Contract Documents.

Assist in the development and coordination, and distribution of client design modifications. Document, track and convey all action items and activities via meeting minutes, weekly and monthly project update reports. Perform other Construction Management duties and assist Business Development functions as necessary.BS or BA in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field required

A minimum of 10 years Construction Management experience. Previous experience focusing on occupied Federal Government construction projects highly desired. Experience providing owner representation for new construction, modernization and/or repair programs highly desired.

Ability to successfully pass a thorough background check. Outstanding leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage challenging, multi-faceted projects.

Well versed in all construction industry delivery methods. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite software, as well as industry standard project management software. Knowledge of Kahua, GSA Project Management Software highly desired.

Sufficient knowledge of construction scheduling and cost estimating (RE Means) software required. Physical Demands and Environmental Constantly communicating with others to exchange information. Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

Constantly assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned. Occasionally ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like. Occasionally moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.

Occasionally remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another. Occasionally adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
