What will you contribute?

Working closely with the Head of Lending Program Management as a Technical Program/Project Manager, you will lead Lending projects and initiatives while influencing product, engineering, delivery, and partner teams to achieve goals and objectives. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Effectively deliver business results by championing a culture of accountability and consistent application of project & program management practices. You will be a facilitator and motivator, working across departments and offices to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of programs and projects. As a lending program manager, you will help guide and deliver value to a large business initiative, or multiple important projects.
Ultimately, we are responsible for helping teams achieve their goals, work strategically together, and remain as adaptable as possible in an ever-changing environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with software developers, scrum masters, and/or product managers as a technical project/program manager at a technology company.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination and team communications to deliver high impact project outcomes in a technology company.
  • Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
  • Execute corporate-wide initiatives: defined program plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support.
  • Lead multiple technical programs, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and fine-tuning the program as needed.
  • You have in-depth experience with specific agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFE.
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.

  • Confident and capable of producing weekly status reports and executive updates.
