Job Description

Duration - 12+ months contract position on W2

PROGRAM INFORMATION
Through our Curiosity LabsTM program, we're inspiring curiosity in the next generation of scientists by providing hands-on, interactive science lessons meant to stimulate inquiry and to encourage students to ask why. Students apply scientific principles to "real world" concepts and challenges, while connecting educational and career goals. Lessons are led by trained employees who guide students through the experience and bring all materials and equipment necessary for a complete hands-on science experience.
PROJECT INFORMATION & DELIVERABLES
The Curiosity Labs program associate will be responsible for adding structure, strengthening data collection and automation processes and expansion of the program globally.
Expansion of the Curiosity Labs program (lessons offered, number of employees/sites around the world engaged)Increase program reach to 100,000 students annually
Strengthen evaluation and data collection
Streamlining internal and external processes through automation
Limited marketing and public relations responsibilities
Light administrative support
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Classroom experience (science background a plus)
Program development, implementation and evaluation experience
Volunteer management
Data collection and analysis

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with night and weekend requirements
