Job Description acuCyber is looking for a Senior Program / Project Manager that will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a large, complex contract, ensuring performance aligns with customer objectives, contractual requirements, and organizational priorities. This role will direct multidisciplinary technical teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality, and drive the successful delivery of integrated technical solutions. The manager will serve as the primary interface among customers, executive leadership, subcontractors, and delivery teams, maintaining clear communication and resolving issues proactively. The ideal candidate combines strong program governance and contract management expertise with the technical acumen needed to translate mission requirements into measurable, high-quality outcomes. Required Skills * 15+ years of experience managing large, complex contracts and multidisciplinary technical delivery teams.
* Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline. * Strong knowledge of program governance, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance management.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks, resolve delivery issues, and manage changing priorities.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
* Sufficient technical acumen to understand complex requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
