Job Description:
  • This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the supply chain of packaging materials used for our customer return programs.
  • Tasks include: Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their demand of different packaging materials across multiple countries and regions.
  • Host regular meetings and office hours to sync with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Keep track of projects and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Place and manage ongoing purchase orders.
  • Monitor tickets and emails and promptly respond to service requests.
  • Get involved in packaging material design evolutions.
  • Plan, build forecasts, and execute. Respond to other ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
Qualifications:
  • May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
