Job description

Join a fast-paced event content marketing team supporting large-scale events in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a highly organized project or program manager who can own complex workstreams, keep deliverables moving on time, and collaborate across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end coordination of assigned event content workstreams and related deliverables.
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines, trackers, milestones, and status updates.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing and other stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and roadblocks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support content development planning across event programs with a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Manage a high volume of deliverables while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Contribute to post-event review and analysis, including recommendations for future improvements.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to help deliver high-quality content and event-related outputs.
Skills
  • Strong project or program management experience with a proven ability to manage deadlines and deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating complex workstreams in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder and leadership updates.
