Job description

Hiring: Program Manager – Oracle ERP / M&A Integration

Location: Remote (CST/EST) with occasional travel to Chicago as needed


I'm working on an exciting Contract-to-Hire opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise ERP integration program. We're looking for someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels—someone who can oversee multiple workstreams while also diving into the details when needed.


What we're looking for:

✔️ 10+ years of Program/ Project Management experience

✔️ Experience leading enterprise ERP (Oracle preferred) programs

✔️ Exposure to M&A, acquisitions, or post-merger system integrations

✔️ Ability to oversee multiple project managers and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives

✔️ Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

✔️ Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
