TAKE CONTROL and join our team as a Project Manager working directly with our Production Team. We're looking for a detail oriented and organized individual to be part of our fast pasted manufacturing environment. This role is based out of our Production Office in New Orleans.

About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. This role works closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Panel Shop operations, and Field Services to coordinate project execution, maintain schedules, monitor progress, and support successful delivery for industrial and Data Center customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining projects in the ERP system.
  • Process project setup, change order and project closeout forms per company standards.
  • Manage high-volume panel manufacturing projects, ensuring production schedules, material availability, labor resources, and customer delivery milestones are aligned.
  • Attends customer meetings and assists with determination of project requirements.
  • Uses project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Conducts project meetings as necessary to gather project status information, discuss project progress and address any concerns or issues.
  • Document Control for various projects.
  • Demonstrates exemplary communication and organizational skills.
  • Prepares change orders as needed.
  • Responsible for project status reports.
  • Develop and manage project schedule and project budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables and ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams to support long-lead material tracking, expedited shipments, and critical project supply chain activities.
  • Assist with development and implementation of standardized processes for high-volume panel production, quality control, document management, and project execution.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), customer inspections, and quality assurance activities for panel shop projects.
  • Participate in weekly production planning meetings and provide project prioritization guidance based on customer schedules and operational demands.
  • Support Data Center and mission-critical infrastructure projects with a strong focus on schedule adherence, communication, quality, and execution consistency.
  • Ensure project documentation, drawing revisions, redlines, as-builts, and production-related records are properly maintained and communicated across departments.
  • Promote accountability, organization, and urgency across project execution teams to support fast-paced, high-demand customer environments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering degree from an accredited university, or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Project Management or Project Engineering role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Experience supporting panel shop operations, electrical equipment manufacturing, or high-volume production environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting Data Center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desired.
  • Experience with resource, budget, and quality management ensuring the projects finishes on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, material flow, logistics coordination, and manufacturing execution processes
  • Experience coordinating across Automation, Procurement, Production, Field Services, and Customers simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to partner with clients, vendors, and other team members to deliver projects
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communication skills .
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate operational and production risks.
