Job description

Position Title: Project Manager (PM)
Area of Requirement: Program Management / Leadership / Contract Execution
Scope of Position:
The Project Manager provides full authority over all contract matters relating to the Jacksonville BOS contract. The position leads all operational, administrative, and contractual performance, serves as the primary Government interface, and ensures all PWS requirements are met. The PM or designated alternate must be on-site during Government working hours and available on-site within one hour after hours. Must be able to provide the experience on specific projects that exceed 12M annual value of projects).
Tasks and Capabilities Required for Performance:
  • Direct and manage all base operations support functions across all annexes.
  • Serve as the single point-of-contact to the KO/COR for contract performance.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, subcontractors, resource allocation, and operational readiness.
  • Lead transition-in, quality assurance implementation, safety coordination, and customer service.
  • Implement PWS-driven processes and ensure compliance with reporting, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Provide senior-level decision-making for all issues impacting performance.

Mandatory Experience and Certifications:
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity (Provide proof in application along with references for validation)
  • Must be capable of being on-site during Government working hours and available within one hour after hours.
  • Must be able to prove experience with experience of operational full authority to act for the company on all matters relating to the project job experience references).

Preferred/Desired Certifications and Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Federal Acquisition Certification for Program & Project Managers (FAC-P/PM), or equivalent program/project management certification (Provide certificates with requisition submission)
  • Prior NAVFAC, BOS, or DOD O&M contract management experience (Provide evidence with references for specific referenced projects/contracts).
  • CMMS/Maximo proficiency
  • Experience working in the Area of Requirement is highly desired.

Project Managed Project Requirements included the following areas of requirement:

  • Teaming or Subcontractor Management
  • Vertical (Buildings and Structures) and Horizontal (Utilities, Street, and Grounds) Maintenance
