  • 8+ yearsย  of business experience with at least 5 years with direct responsibility for managing complex IT infrastructure projects including Security, Operations Patching, Data Center Services.
  • Advanced knowledge in program/project management with experience managing both ย ย ย ย  projects/programs, schedules, budgets, scope and performance analytics in ย ย ย ย  a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Projectย  management Certification, (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is added advantage.
  • Provenย experience aggressively managing and leading people and teams.
  • Leadership effectiveness at working directly with senior organizational leadership as ย ย ย ย  well as front-line staff.
  • Communication: Superior verbal, written and presentation skills required with the ability ย ย ย ย  to work and communicate with all levels of management.
  • Flexible to work with onsite-offshore model.
  • Serve asย the primary escalation point and conduit to the IT management team for ย ย ย ย  troubled projects and corrective actions.
  • Participateย and drives Project management best practices and supports collaborative ย ย ย ย  communication with IT functional teams.
