Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support a large-scale integration initiative resulting from a merger and acquisition (M&A). This role will serve as a dedicated project manager responsible for coordinating multiple technology workstreams, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of critical integration milestones.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies, preferably within an M&A environment. This individual will act as the central point of coordination across numerous infrastructure and end-user technology towers, helping drive planning, execution, accountability, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

- Serve as the dedicated project manager for a large enterprise integration program.

- Coordinate activities across multiple technology towers and workstreams.

- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

- Establish governance processes and provide regular status reporting to leadership.

- Drive accountability across teams and proactively challenge timelines, risks, and blockers when necessary.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution plans.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Maintain visibility across all integration workstreams and ensure interdependencies are identified and managed.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between infrastructure, application, collaboration, identity, networking, endpoint, and service management teams.

- Support planning workshops and strategy sessions to define the overall integration roadmap.

- Escalate issues and risks appropriately to keep deliverables on track.

Infrastructure Integration Oversight

- Support infrastructure integration planning and execution activities.

- Manage coordination efforts across:

Hosting and infrastructure services

Networking integration

Identity and access management

Enterprise applications

End-user computing services

End-User Technology & Platform Integrations

- Oversee planning and execution activities related to:

Microsoft 365 integration and migration initiatives

ServiceNow integration activities

End-user technology transitions and deployments

Endpoint rollouts and user readiness activities

Identity integration supporting application access and authentication requirements

Migration Management

- Coordinate migration workstreams leveraging Quest migration solutions.

- Support migrations involving:

Active Directory

- Collaborate with technical teams to manage migration timelines, testing, pilot activities, and production deployments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

8+ years of IT Project Management or Program Management experience.

Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise technology initiatives.

Strong experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder groups.

Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and drive resolution of project dependencies and risks.

Experience creating executive-level project status reporting and governance structures.

Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
