Job description

AGRILAND FS is looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual who will enhance our digital marketing presence through social media scheduling, mobile-friendly content support, performance reporting, and content optimization.

As a Social Media Specialist, this individual will update and monitor social media accounts, manage social media calendars, support digital marketing campaigns, review social media performance, and work closely with Managers and the Marketing team to execute projects that build meaningful connections with customers, prospects, employees, and community members.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content across AGRILAND FS brands and platforms.
  • Maintain and monitor social media analytics, metrics, campaign reporting, and post performance to help identify what is working and what needs to be adjusted.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers, prospects, employees, and community members to act.
  • Support short-form video, social captions, hooks, calls to action, and platform-specific content adjustments.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform changes to recommend new content ideas and testing opportunities.
  • Assist with monthly social media performance summaries, including top-performing content, underperforming content, key takeaways, and recommended next steps.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Brand Strategist, Campaign Manager, Graphic Designer, HR, Sales Managers, and business-unit leaders to ensure brand consistency and execute company strategy.

What We Need From You

  • Hands-on experience creating, editing, scheduling, and publishing content on social media platforms.
  • Working knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to use performance data to help adjust content.
  • Familiarity with mobile-friendly content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
  • Experience with social media scheduling or reporting tools such as HeyOrca, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content creation applications such as Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, Meta tools, or similar programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned content.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and content performance to recommend improvements.
