Job Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring project activities that support customer objectives and contractual requirements. You will work closely with customers, management, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects remain on schedule, resources are effectively utilized, and deliverables meet expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor project activities and deliverables
  • Support project execution in accordance with contract requirements, schedules, and performance objectives
  • Track project milestones, tasks, and action items to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate project resources, personnel, and support activities
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, status reports, and performance metrics
  • Identify project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate meetings, briefings, and communications with project stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to organizational requirements
  • Coordinate with customers, management, subcontractors, and team members to support project objectives

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Five (5) years of experience in program management, project management, task management, contract support, or a related field
  • Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource management techniques
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to identify and resolve project-related issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate activities among multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
