Our Cedar City residential team specializes in reroofs, repairs, and new construction-and we're looking for a motivated Project Manager to help us keep jobs running smoothly and grow our customer relationships.
Position Overview:
We're hiring a Residential Project Manager to support our reroof and repair division in Cedar City, UT. This role is a blend of field oversight and customer interaction. You'll check on crews, ensure quality workmanship and safety, meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, and help sell and manage reroof and repair projects from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone with roofing or construction experience who enjoys a fast-paced, people-facing role and takes pride in helping homeowners protect their investment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily progress on residential reroof and repair projects.
  • Visit job sites to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project.
  • Conduct roof inspections and identify repair or replacement needs.
  • Generate estimates and proposals for reroofs and repairs.
  • Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Track and document project milestones, materials, and communication.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in residential roofing, construction, or project management.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and understand scopes of work and project details.
