Job Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and complete production work per work order, including job setup, service execution, and cleanup.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with SERVPRO production and safety standards.
  • Supervise, assign, and support Production Technicians; manage workflow and job-site performance.
  • Train and coach technicians on processes, safety, equipment use, and customer service.
  • Coordinate job-site activities and ensure crews arrive and complete work as scheduled.
  • Create accurate job scopes and maintain complete job documentation.
  • Take and record moisture readings for water losses.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, Production Manager, and office staff regarding job progress and issues.
  • Maintain clean, respectful job sites and protect customer property.
  • Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance and safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Attentiveness to detail
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
  • Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Carpenter skills are a plus
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
