Job Title
Senior Program & Project Management Associate (Jira & SharePoint)
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program & Project Management Associate to support program and project coordination across multiple teams. This role focuses on program governance, reporting, planning, process documentation, collaboration, and dashboard reporting while supporting cross-functional initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program-level activities, timelines, dependencies, and RAID logs.
  • Support multiple projects through governance and reporting.
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, demand planning, and roadmap execution.
  • Support strategic planning and alignment of program goals with business objectives.
  • Identify and proactively address cross-functional risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support the product development lifecycle from concept through design, engineering, manufacturing, and launch.
  • Facilitate or support Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
  • Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Scrum Masters within a SAFe environment.
  • Track PI objectives, capacity planning, and dependency mapping across teams.
  • Build and maintain Jira dashboards, boards, and workflows.
  • Create custom Jira filters and JQL queries for sprint, epic, and release tracking.
  • Develop process flow diagrams using Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io.
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), RACI charts, and governance processes.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites for document management and team collaboration.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions, document libraries, and basic Power Automate workflows.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards for program health, KPIs, burn-down, and burn-up reporting.
  • Extract and analyze data from Jira and other sources to support executive reporting.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years of IT experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Program Management experience.
  • Expertise in Project Management.
  • Experience with Integrated Business Planning.
  • Experience working within a PMO environment.
  • Experience using Jira.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
