Summary: 


Seeking a Project Manager to oversee end to end business/marketing projects, reporting to the Director of Marketing Integration. The selected individual will be responsible for providing strong leadership and accountability in shaping and driving the adoption of Project and Portfolio Management processes and tools


Responsibilities:


Drive integration with cross-functional partners (Advisor Teams, Marketing, Product Partners, etc.)

Ensure Training team and Marketing are completely in synch and optimally leveraging other's work

Ensuring overall project tracking, planning, coordination and status reporting to the various stakeholders (including Senior Management) using effective communication channels

Pursue opportunities to increase visibility and transparency into the business teams to enable clear alignment with strategic goals, ensure accountability for outcomes and benefits realization

Manage Program/Project Budgets and Financials


Qualifications:


8+ years of project management experience including prior work for financial services organizations

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA is preferred

PMP Certification is nice to have

Ability to work and adjust to changing deadlines and competing priorities

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset

Strong writing and presentation skills; prior experience presenting information to senior leaders

A sense of urgency, results orientation and thoughtful execution skills
