Program & Project Coordination, manage program-level activities, timelines, dependencies, and RAID logs Support multiple projects with governance and reporting Facilitate PI Planning, demand planning, and roadmap execution across multiple teams. The role will also support strategic planning, align program goals with overall objectives, and proactively address cross-functional hurdles and risks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and design to engineering, manufacturing, and launch.


Skills Required

  • Integrated Business Planning, PMO, Microsoft Sharepoint Designer, Jira

Experience Required

  • 6 years of experience in IT; 2 years in Program Management, Expert in Project Management
  • Facilitate or support Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) or Scrum Masters if you're running SAFe Track PI objectives, capacity planning, and dependency mapping across teams Jira Administration & Dashboards 
  • Build and maintain Jira dashboards, boards, and workflows Create custom filters/JQL queries for sprint, epic, and release tracking Process Documentation 
  • Create process flow diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io) Document SOPs, RACI charts, and governance processes 
  • SharePoint Management - Build and maintain SharePoint sites for document management, team collaboration Manage permissions, libraries, and possibly basic Power Automate flows Reporting & Analytics (Power BI) 
  • Build dashboards for program health, KPIs, burn-down/burn-up charts Pull data from Jira/other sources into Power BI for executive reporting
