The Office and Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily departmental operations and project initiatives. This position involves providing administrative, organizational, and communication assistance while working closely with leadership to ensure efficient office functions, accurate documentation, stakeholder communication, and successful project execution.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Office 365, Google Workspace, and other business systems.
  • Create, edit, and distribute written and electronic documents.
  • Research, compile, organize, and maintain information and records.
  • Manage physical and digital filing systems.
  • Maintain confidential records and documentation.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and office workflows.
  • Draft and distribute professional correspondence.
  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries.
  • Prepare meeting notes and follow-up communications.
  • Assist stakeholders with questions and process guidance.
  • Support projects from initiation through completion.
  • Maintain project databases and participant records.
  • Track stakeholder information and prepare reports.
  • Monitor project communications and ensure timely responses.
  • Attend project meetings and support additional project tasks as assigned.
