Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Lead complex digital programs across business, product, engineering, quality, data, operations, and vendor teams.
  • Own program outcomes, governance, financial oversight, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
  • Large-scale program planning and execution
  • Portfolio governance, financial tracking, and resource planning
  • Cross-functional dependency and risk management
  • Agile delivery across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Executive stakeholder communication and decision facilitation
  • Experience with retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated digital platforms preferred

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Define program goals, success measures, roadmap, milestones, and governance cadence.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams to achieve committed business outcomes.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control.
  • Provide clear executive reporting on progress, decisions, risks, financials, and value realization.
  • Partner with product, architecture, engineering, data, security, operations, and business leaders.
  • Drive vendor coordination, delivery accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to security, privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any
