Program Office Assistant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Office Assistant to support our project management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our programs and gain valuable experience in a dynamic organizational environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating project activities, meetings, and schedules

- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant documentation

- Maintain and update project files, databases, and tracking systems

- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence

- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing supplies
