Job description

Title: Program Manager II (Operations)

Clearance Type: TS/SCI

Scope: Provide programmatic and system operational support to CPE IEW&S in support of high priority exercises and demonstrations to include but not limited to Project Convergence, Defender, and MDO Live.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Provide subject matter expertise in coordination, planning, and execution of CPE IEW&S equipment and personnel involvement in high priority military exercises and demonstrations.
  • Act as liaison for the CPE and associated PMs in meetings and planning events associated with these exercises.
  • Be the CPE liaison on the ground during these events.
  • Attend exercise planning meetings and communicate CPE IEW&S priorities to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with CPE and PM Leadership on planning and execution of these events and provide feedback on technical/operational issues, challenges, and opportunities associated with systems managed by CPE IEW&S.
  • Prepare, review, and update the program documentation supporting the acquisition process to include: documents required by laws, regulations, directives, and policies such as the U.S. Code Title 10 DODD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 8500.01 (Cybersecurity), DoDI 8510.01 RMF for DoD, Information IT), and AR 70-1.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ related work experience is required.
