We are presently hiring a Full Time Residential Program Manager (RPM) who will provide leadership in development, implementation, management, supervision, and evaluation of all activities of assigned Intensive Supportive Living Arrangement (ISLA) homes. The RPM monitors, manages, and oversees planning, coordination, and administration of the ISLA Program, ensuring adherence to Tancell Care standards, guidelines, policies and procedures.

Some of the essential job functions:- Oversee ISLA staff operations; directing staff in effective and efficient use of programs to promote quality processes.
- Recruitment, selection, training, supervision and evaluation of program staff; ensure adequate and qualified staff to carry out program activities.
- Maintain a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the ISLA Program and to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide consultation and recommendations for developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating plans and programs designed to ensure that participant needs are met.
- Spend time with individuals and their families to learn who they are, provide support and guidance, review goals and progress and to elicit and include their input on goals into treatment/support plans.
- Attend treatment team planning meetings. Interfaces with the treatment team to establish support and treatment goals and coordinates treatment/support necessary to support each individual's plan.
- Monitor and tracks progress on goals and objectives outlined in treatment and support plans.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely completion of required documentation to meet state regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Maintains regular contact with family members, guardians, case managers, services coordinators, and other support persons and provides orientation, education and updates as needed.
RequirementsHow do you qualify?- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or closely related field, preferred.
- At least two years experience in working with this population.
- At least one year experience providing supervision to staff in a residential setting.
- Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation to travel to residential homes as needed.
- CPR, Safety Care, MAJEN (training available upon hire and offered by the company).
