  • Partner with business leaders to identify, structure, and evaluate enterprise improvement opportunities across operations, quality, margin, execution, and business performance
  • Develop fact-based business cases, ROI assessments, value creation opportunities, financial impact analyses, and implementation roadmaps to support enterprise decision-making
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to diagnose root causes, assess tradeoffs, and develop actionable recommendations for complex business challenges
  • Support executive teams in evaluating strategic priorities, transformation opportunities, operating model improvements, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on priorities, decisions, recommendations, and execution plans

Program Governance & Strategic Execution
  • Establish and manage program governance mechanisms including transformation roadmaps, KPIs, milestones, executive updates, RAID logs, decision tracking, and escalation pathways
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, execution gaps, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery of enterprise priorities
  • Monitor initiative health and performance, ensuring programs remain aligned to business objectives, timelines, and expected value realization
  • Support prioritization and structured portfolio management of enterprise strategic initiatives

Cross-Functional Leadership & Operating Model Advancement
  • Partner across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Delivery, Service, Finance, and IT organizations to drive alignment and execution
  • Support advancement of Fluence's enterprise operating model and scalable ways of working across the value chain
  • Identify operational friction points, process inefficiencies, and execution risks while driving sustainable solutions
  • Improve cross-functional coordination, decision velocity, and enterprise execution discipline
