About this role:

Gartner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Global Product Management (GPM) to develop and manage Gartner's products and services that serve Chief Sales Officers (CSOs), Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and their respective teams. This role ensures that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market and helps drive measurable business impact. You will stay connected to changing needs of CSOs and CMOs, manage product innovation and product lifecycles, and manage products and services to ensure they deliver exceptional value. This role provides high visibility and has direct impact on Gartner's business, while helping CSO and CMO clients address their mission-critical priorities.

In this role you will work with the Sales and Marketing product teams and overall GPM teams, gaining exposure to Gartner's senior product leaders, different functions across a high-performing business, and build your craft as a product manager.

What you will do:

  • Voice of client and market - Stay connected with CSOs, CMOs and their team members and become an expert in the needs these leaders face, synthesizing insights across signals to identify opportunities and inform product strategy

  • Product development, management and evolution - Conceptualize, pilot and iterate on offerings that deliver measurable client value and have strong product-market fit

  • Create, launch, track and iterate on new sources of value that will enhance to meet the changing needs of CSOs, CMOs and their teams including digital experiences, data, tools, peer connections, expert interactions and new insights

  • Analyze product and source of value performance to understand bright spots and areas of opportunity, and work with stakeholders to take action

  • Commercial growth & client success - Drive go-to-market efforts from adoption to retention, work with cross-functional partners to ensure client engagement

  • Partner with sales, service and go-to-market teams to scale client impact, positioning products as essential to their success

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, prioritize opportunities and build momentum for adoption and growth

  • Leverage Gartner's AI-driven tools to calibrate client-facing value delivery

  • Deliver regular updates and insights to key stakeholders and product leadership, ensuring alignment and visibility into progress

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus

  • 5-7 years of progressive business experience, with 3-5 years product strategy/product management experience, preferably in B2B organizations; experience in CSO or CMO research, technology or professional services firms is a plus

  • Client focus and product craft -demonstrated ability to translate insights into products that delight clients and drive measurable client and business outcomes

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics, including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable strategies and recommendations with measurable business impact.

  • Practical experience applying AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflows and outputs

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with the executive presence to simplify complexity for senior audiences

  • Track record of delivering products and programs that solve customer needs and drive business outcomes

  • A bias for action, including balancing tradeoffs and willingness to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to get things done

  • Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside comfort zone.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 134,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
