Reports To: Director of Marketing and Product Development
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Marketing Team. In this downstream role, you will develop and execute promotional programs aimed at maximizing brand awareness and company performance. Your responsibilities will include creating impactful sales materials, launching strategic marketing campaigns, and driving customer engagement across our portfolio of best-of-breed biologics and revolutionary biotechnology. As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in conducting market research and competitive analysis to guide product positioning and inform strategy throughout the product lifecycle.
Essential Functions:
  • Execute Marketing Programs: Lead the development and execution of marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Business Partners: Regularly communicate with business partners to evaluate current market segments, track any challenges, and address issues impacting sales performance.
  • Product Strategy Development: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop product strategies. Create presentations and reports to assess the market landscape and inform decision-making.
  • Work with Sales Leadership: Collaborate with sales leaders to create marketing briefs, ensuring clear communication and coordination in developing promotional programs.
  • Create Promotional Materials: Oversee the creation of various promotional materials, such as print, digital, and social media collateral, to support marketing campaigns.
  • Build Relationships with KOLs: Foster and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand credibility and expand market reach.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to create peer-to-peer educational opportunities and promote product adoption.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support clinical studies, case studies, and identify unmet needs in the target market.
  • Support Sales Training: Assist in the development of sales training programs for new hires and provide ongoing process and support materials for the sales team.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel up to 25% of the time to participate in trade shows, product development meetings, strategy sessions, and vendor meetings as needed.

Education:
