Job description

PROJECT MANAGER

Financial & Realty Services, LLC dba FRS Professional Services, LLC (“FRS”) is seeking Program Manager candidates to support our government client in Bethesda, MD to improve effectiveness management processes, procedures and day-to-day support in compliance with The Joint Commission’s (TJC’s) current Environment of Care and Life Safety accreditation standards in a large acute-care healthcare facility.

The preferred candidate must have a clear understanding of TJC’s Environment of Care Standards, TJC survey process documentation requirements, Life Safety Code, building life safety systems, building maintenance management system including inspection and testing codes standards.

In general, the Program Manager will be required to support hospital facility design reviews, renovation, construction, inspection and operation & maintenance activities and maintain/update current TJC-required documentation for survey of hospital.

REQUIREMENTS

Provide project management support to government project officer (PO) to ensure adherence to codes & standards and contractual requirements. Perform facility survey, provide oversight of commissioning/maintenance activities, review project submittal documentation, inspection and reporting tasks relative to the maintenance and operation of building and utility systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional degree related to engineering, architecture or project management and/or minimum five (5) years’ experience related to construction and maintenance of large healthcare or government facilities.

PE a plus

Candidates must be able to pass a background investigation.
