Clearance Requirement: ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED (Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred)
Salary Range: $160,000 $170,000 annually

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Task Order Program Manager (TOPM) to support a federal government customer in Washington, DC.

This is an ON-SITE leadership role ideal for a senior IT professional with experience managing large-scale, enterprise IT services programs in federal environments. The TOPM will serve as the primary interface with the Government and is responsible for overall task order execution, personnel oversight, and program performance.

The TOPM has full authority to commit contractor resources and is accountable for ensuring delivery aligns with contractual requirements and mission objectives.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the secure nature of this government agency, all candidates must be U.S. CITIZENS AND HOLD A CURRENT, ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. The successful candidate will receive a contingent offer based on the outcome of a government background investigation. This process may take several weeks, and candidates cannot begin employment until the background check is successfully completed.

What Youll Do

  • Lead execution of the Task Order, ensuring performance, delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Assign tasking, supervise technical efforts, and manage day-to-day operations
  • Provide strategic direction across enterprise IT services, including infrastructure and service delivery
  • Develop service delivery strategies, standards, and long-range plans
  • Establish and manage performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels
  • Interface with Government stakeholders and IT leadership to drive service improvements
  • Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and performance management across the program

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years managing large, cross-functional IT programs (25+ personnel)
  • ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE (Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred)
  • PMP certification (REQUIRED)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification (REQUIRED)
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing programs of similar size, scope, and complexity
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with senior Government stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing performance-based contracts aligned to KPIs and SLAs
  • Experience leading program transitions and operational stand-ups
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments
  • Experience supporting federal IT programs
