Job Description

Rockwell Automation's EDGE Technical Sales and Consulting Program is a world-class, multi-month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical, and professional training that take place in both classroom and on-the-job settings. After completion of the program, you are placed in one of our field sales offices across Canada.

Associate Account Manager:

You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals, grow market share, build relationships at assigned accounts, and growing customer spend.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Connect about Rockwell products and services with customers

  • Build a network of people and customers

  • Communicate with directness and empathy, simplifying complex information

  • Commitment to results and accountability

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Legal authorization to work in the Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future

  • A valid Canadian driver's license.

  • The ability to travel 10-40% of the time. Can vary depending on client and needs.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, Partner Network, or our customers

  • Comfortability working with a variety of individuals

  • Previous co-op or intern experience in manufacturing or customer-facing role

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees (graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2027).
