Overview
How You'll Make an Impact
As Director, Nonprofit Client Development, you will lead a team of data-focused Account Executives while serving as a senior, credible voice with nonprofit fundraisers, marketers and agency partners. This role is designed for a people-first sales leader who is fluent in data and grounded in nonprofit fundraising realities.
You will be accountable for elevating the quality of partnerships with nonprofit, agency, and broker partners, while building a confident, accountable team that can independently manage and grow its own client relationships. You will act as a player-coach, modeling strong analytical thinking, clear point of view, and disciplined follow-through.
Youwill drive measurable performance, unlock new revenue opportunities, and strengthen Epsilon's role as a strategic, long-term partner in the evolving Nonprofit Fundraising and Marketing data ecosystem.
Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets and achieve profitability goals through careful planning, client education, and closing new opportunities.
  • Client Success: Drive measurable outcomes by implementing tailored solutions that address unique client challenges in the Nonprofit sector.

What You'll Bring With You
  • Extensive Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience of successful sales, driving revenue and leading client-facing teams, within Nonprofit or Data sectors.
  • Data Expertise: Proven ability to navigate the industry's unique challenges, regulatory landscapes, and business priorities.
  • Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, third-party data utilization in platform, to drive acquisition, retention, and personalization.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in advanced analytics and measurement models (e.g., generating consumer insights from profiles and consumer insight studies, providing clients with data-driven recommendations for targeting etc.).
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, including sales, product, analytics, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives. Leverage cross-functional collaboration to enhance client outcomes and foster alignment across Epsilon.
  • Innovation-Driven: A passion for using emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and dynamic creative solutions, to drive marketing innovation.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication, negotiation, and a team-oriented approach with experience working within large holding companies and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client facing meetings and industry events.

Base Salary: $132,000.00 - $198,000.00
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Compensation Range: USD $132,000.00 - USD $198,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
