Senior Director, Program Manager

Fiserv is a global leader in fintech and payments, serving financial institutions, merchants, and consumers worldwide. This role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth across the Clover and Carat platforms.

What you will do
  • Identify and execute build, buy, and partner strategies to accelerate product growth.
  • Work cross‑functionally to establish optimal business development, sales, and commercialization frameworks.
  • Build robust business cases and provide market intelligence to prioritize opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain business/market intelligence and product KPI reporting.
  • Own and manage key strategic initiatives and product portfolios.
  • Leverage data and analytics to prioritize investments and track performance.
  • Position for future product P&L / GM leadership.
Critical Skills
  • Strategic leadership and problem‑solving on undefined problems.
  • Client focus with stakeholder management across levels.
  • Collaboration and influencing across functions and business units.
Required Qualifications

For incentive‑eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity, which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards at the Company’s sole discretion.
