Position Summary:

This role reports to the Sr Director of Product Management. This role develops and implements data-driven product lifecycle tools and processes to support SSG product category decision-making and growth. The Product Program Manager will own overall project plans and execution of all deliverables while working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Works with cross-functional departments and teams to create product lifecycle processes and reporting tools with a focus on growth and profitability of SSG Product Categories.
  • Identifies issues and gaps in existing processes and tools. Research best practice alternatives to resolve issues and develop proposed solutions.
  • Builds strong relationships with product managers, inventory management, sales and demand planning, and operations teams to ensure process improvements and tools are clearly understood and supported.
  • Works with technical resources to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Monitors progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and ensure they are communicated effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Supports cross-functional department budgets and headcount impacted by approved changes to product lifecycle processes.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Project management skills and ambition to push for large scope change.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional projects successfully through influence and collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to pivot to meet business needs while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of SSG products, our customer base, and our position in the market.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related technical discipline.

Experience:

5+ years of relevant work experience in consumer product companies.

Compensation Range$84,439.68 - $116,104.00 CAD

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed above and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
