QA Program ManagerIntroduction:

We are seeking a QA Program Manager with strong experience in managing global digital platforms, eCommerce solutions, and enterprise-level QA initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end QA programs, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple regions and business domains.

Responsibilities:
  • Define QA strategy and build automation frameworks
  • Drive testing across SIT, UAT, regression, and integration phases
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and business stakeholders
  • Manage global QA teams and oversee Agile/Scrum delivery
  • Track program risks and ensure timely releases within budget
Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in QA and program management
  • Experience in managing global digital platforms and eCommerce solutions
  • Expertise in SIT and UAT
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, eCommerce ecosystems, and cloud environments like AWS/Azure
