What you’ll do
  • Vision, Design, and Deployment of Quality Processes
    • Lead the vision, design, development, and deployment of critical Quality workstream processes.
    • Embed quality principles across the product lifecycle and partner with other workstreams to deliver an integrated, closed-loop Quality Management System (QMS).
    • Promote a quality-first, no-fault-forward mindset across the business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Definition
    • Serve as the quality champion within the Idea to Retire (I2R) workstream and sub-groups.
    • Partner with stakeholders to capture, define, and prioritize quality requirements that support transformation goals.
  • Adaptive Project Leadership
    • Shift effectively between strategy, planning, and execution across project phases.
    • Stay flexible to deliver program and workstream objectives successfully.
  • Governance and Consistency
    • Champion the transformation project's governing principles.
    • Drive consistent future-state solutions across capabilities and workstreams, ensuring they are simple, efficient, and scalable.
  • Cultural Change Leadership
    • Act as a cultural change agent by involving, engaging, and influencing stakeholders.
    • Promote open communication, guide stakeholders through change, and empower them as organizational change agents.
  • Digital Transformation and Visibility
    • Transform digital tools and systems to provide end-to-end quality visibility.
    • Redesign processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and connect data and intelligence.
    • Understand enterprise data flows and system connectivity to enable insight-driven decision making.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience, with 6–8 years of management experience.
  • MBA or master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in engineering or consulting, with strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, tools, improvement initiatives, process digitalization, and digital transformation in leading or fast-growth companies.
  • Strong storyteller able to drive organizational change management.
  • Demonstrates exponential thinking and incremental execution.
  • Understands industry best practices and applies them in real-world settings.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in product design and end-to-end quality strategy for product design and development.
  • Semiconductor equipment design and/or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Experience with requirements management, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Design for X, and related product development tools.
  • Product engineering quality certifications, such as Design for Six Sigma, are a plus.
  • 8+ years of quality experience using critical tools such as Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, and FMEA.
Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
