Job description

The group you'll be a part of About Digital Transformation Digital Transformation is a multi-year enterprise initiative focused on standardizing business processes, creating a digital core, improving data quality, enabling AI-driven insights, and deploying scalable technology platforms across the organization. Key initiatives include Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and enterprise data modernization efforts. The impact you'll make The Digital Transformation (DT) Program Manager will lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related business process modernization.

This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation roadmaps, and enterprise architecture standards. The Program Manager will partner with business stakeholders, IT, solution architects, vendors, and PMO leadership to design, implement, and optimize scalable business processes and technology solutions. The role requires strong program leadership, business process expertise, stakeholder management, change leadership, and execution excellence in a global environment.

What you'll do Program Leadership & Delivery Lead large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives from initiation through deployment and stabilization. Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinate execution across business functions, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.

Manage program risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID). Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Drive deployment readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and transition to support organizations.

Stakeholder Management & Governance Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, escalation management, and executive communication. Prepare and present program updates for Steering Committees, Operating Committees, and PMO governance forums. Facilitate decision-making and alignment across business functions and technology teams.

Partner with senior leaders to prioritize scope, resources, and delivery objectives. Business Process Transformation Lead current-state assessments, future-state process design, and business process harmonization efforts. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and optimize operational processes.

Drive adoption of industry best practices and continuous process improvement initiatives. Ensure business requirements are translated into scalable technology solutions. Change Management & Adoption Partner with Change Management teams to drive communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and user readiness activities.

Ensure successful business adoption and realization of transformation objectives. Support deployment planning and post-go-live stabilization activities. Financial & Resource Management Manage program budgets, forecasts, vendor engagements, and resource planning.

Track program financials and provide visibility to leadership regarding cost, schedule, and scope performance. Coordinate staffing and capacity planning across multiple workstreams. Who we're looking for The ideal candidate should possess deep experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes and digital transformation programs.

Must Have Experience In Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations and transformations. Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent PLM platforms. Engineering Change Management (ECR, ECO, ECN).

Product Data Management (PDM). Enterprise Bill of Material (EBOM and MBOM) management. Product Configuration and Variant Management.

Document and Specification Management. New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. Product Structure and Revision Management.

Product Compliance and Quality integrations. Master Data Governance. Cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality process integration.

Preferred Experience PLM integration with SAP S/4HANA, MES, Quality Management Systems, and enterprise data platforms. Data migration, conversion, validation, and governance programs. Agile delivery methodologies and large-scale global deployments.

Semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry experience. Preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related discipline. 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience.

5+ years leading enterprise transformation initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Expertise with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools Preferred PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma certification. Experience leading global PLM transformation programs. Experience working with external implementation partners and system integrators.

Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only
